The people are professional and caring, the place is super clean and comfortable, they made the procedure stress free, the staff and service are top rated. Especially Erika, she heard us and cared about our concerns, found solutions, advised us clearly and helped us plan. She gave us peace of mind. Also she enthusiastically shared the organization values and vision and how the CEO and staff care about the holistic approach to health beyond dental. This is the right dentist for everyone.

We had a wonderful first experience at this dental office. My father was visiting me from India and needed an urgent dental consultation. Dr. Shin was extremely kind, patient, and thorough, taking the time to examine him carefully and answer all our questions. We were especially impressed by the care and attention provided during the complimentary first visit. The receptionist was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the entire process smooth and comfortable for us. We truly appreciate the team’s professionalism, kindness, and generosity and would highly recommend this practice!

Azle is an absolute doll and a breath of fresh air! From the moment I met her, she was kind, patient, and gentle. She took the time to ask questions about my oral hygiene as well as me personally, which made me feel like she genuinely wanted to get to know me as a patient so she could provide the best possible care. She even complimented me on my teeth and their condition, which was very encouraging. Honestly, it was one of the easiest and most comfortable dental appointments I've ever had. I truly appreciate the care and attention she provided, and I look forward to seeing her again at my next visit. Thank you, Azle, for such a positive experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a very disappointing experience with Dentists of Mill Creek. I scheduled an appointment because of their advertised new patient special: dental exam, X-rays, and cleaning for $59. However, after arriving and before receiving the cleaning, I was informed that in order to qualify for the $59 promotion, I would first need to pay an additional $119 fee to join one of their membership plans. At no point during my phone call to schedule the appointment was I informed about this extra charge. If I had known the true cost beforehand, I would have made a different decision. When I explained that this information should have been disclosed when I booked the appointment, the receptionist simply said that there were new employees and that they failed to mention it. While I understand mistakes happen, that is not the customer’s responsibility. I drove an hour to get there, only to find out the advertised price was not actually available without paying additional fees. What makes this even more concerning is that when I left and looked at their large sign outside, it clearly advertised an exam, X-rays, and cleaning for $59. There was no mention of a required $119 membership fee, no ast

I’ve had such a positive experience at this dental clinic. I’m treated by Dr. Osman and Sam, and they are both absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly caring, attentive, and always take the time to give the best advice, making sure I fully understand my treatment options. The clinic itself is very modern and equipped with the latest technology, which really adds to the overall comfort and confidence you feel as a patient. What truly stands out is that patient care is clearly their top priority. You never feel rushed, and they genuinely care about your wellbeing. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and high-quality dental care!
